World Class Support and Training

Making sure the technology is running smoothly, everyone knows how to use it, and there’s help on hand when you need it is very important to us, which is why we have an extensive support crew across New Zealand.

Our service desk operates during normal business hours. After-hours emergency support is available 4am – 7pm, 7 days a week. We also have a tech support team located throughout the country, so if you have any technical glitches on farm, a skilled technical expert can get you back up and running ASAP.

To ensure we meet our ever-growing customer base, we have hand-picked a group of local milk servicing dealers, located across the country which we call our Authorised Dealer Network. They are well known within their rural communities and are considered experts when it comes to milking plant, shed installs, and servicing.

We know sometimes things go wrong or break on farm which is why we have an in-house experienced and knowledgeable Tech Support team locally available to support our farmers as well as our Authorised Dealer Network. They know our hardware well, understand the software and are well versed in daily dairy procedures and routines.

We know everyone learns differently so having a mixture of face-to-face and online training opportunities and NZ customised digital and print resources available means we have all the bases covered. A dedicated e-learning platform houses all our training material including; videos, quizzes and checklists. When you onboard with us, you are given access to this platform – a great way to refresh staff or up skill new team members at the beginning of the season.
