Terms and Conditions for Tag in to Win Allflex® and SenseHub® Dairy Monthly Giveaway
(” Promotion”)

This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Facebook or Meta.

1. Eligibility

• 1.1 The Promotion is open to New Zealand residents who sign up to the “Tag in to Win” email list during the Entry Period (as further detailed below).
• 1.2. Entrants are eligible for a prize if they remain part of the Allflex “Tag in to Win” email list as at the date of the relevant prize draw.
• 1.3. The Promotion is not open to employees of Allflex and MSD Animal Health New Zealand, its related companies, or their agents, contractors, or immediate families.
• 1.4 By entering the Promotion, participants agree to these Terms and Conditions.

2. Entry Period

• 2.1 The Promotion begins on 1st May and ends at 11.59PM NZST on 31 January 2027 (“Entry Period”).
• 2.2 Entries received outside the Entry Period are not eligible.

3. How to Enter

• 3.1 Individuals must sign up for the Allflex “Tag in to Win” email list during the Entry Period, by completing the online form at www.allflex.co.nz/tagintowin
• 3.2 Entrants will need to consent to receiving “Tag in to Win” communications from Allflex New Zealand & MSD Animal Health New Zealand
• 3.3. Only one entry per email address is permitted.

4. Prize and selection of winner

• 4.1 The monthly prize pool consists of the following:

• 4.2 Prizes are not transferable or redeemable for cash.
• 4.3 One entrant will be randomly selected for a prize by Allflex on the 5th day of each month, unless the fifth day falls on a weekend day, in that case, the selection will take place on the following Monday (each, a “Winner”), beginning 5^th June, ending 5th February 2027.
• 4.4 Entrants are free to remove themselves from the Allflex “Tag in to Win” list at any time but only those who remain on the list at the time of the prize draw (and have not already been a Winner) will be eligible for a prize.
• 4.5. The Winner will be notified by email within 2 working days of the prize draw.
• 4.6. The Winner will also be announced on Allflex & SenseHub Dairy Facebook and Instagram channels.
• 4.7. Winners will be contacted to request sizes for the fulfilment of the prizes involving clothing (but availability is not guaranteed and is dependent on stock levels).

5. Claiming the Prize

• 5.1 If the Winner does not respond within 5 working days of email notification, they forfeit the prize and an alternative winner will be drawn by Allflex New Zealand immediately.
• 5.2 Allflex New Zealand reserves the right to verify the validity of an entry and the entrant and to either allow or disallow any entry according to the eligibility criteria in its absolute discretion.
• 5.3 The monthly prize will be shipped to the Winner’s nominated New Zealand delivery address, at Allflex New Zealand’s cost.
• 5.4 The prizes are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, non-returnable, and cannot be redeemed for cash or other alternatives.

6. General Terms

• 6.1. Allflex New Zealand reserves the right at any time and from time to time to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, this Promotion with or without prior notice due to reasons outside its control (including, without limitation, in the case of anticipated, suspected, or actual fraud). The decision of Allflex New Zealand in all is final and binding.
• 6.2. Allflex New Zealand is not responsible for any technical issues, lost entries, or other errors that may affect participation.
• 6.3. To the extent permitted by law, Allflex New Zealand is not responsible for any loss or damage to the prize during delivery.
• 6.4. Allflex New Zealand accepts no responsibility for any tax implications that may arise from acceptance of a prize.
• 6.5. Other than as set out in these terms and conditions, to the extent permitted by law Allflex New Zealand, its employees, and agents shall not be liable for any claims, damages, injuries, costs, and expenses suffered, sustained or incurred (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss) as a result of, or arising out of, or in any way connected with this Promotion or its prizes or any act or omission (whether negligent or not) of Allflex New Zealand, its employees and agents.
• 6.6. These Terms and Conditions are governed in accordance with the law of New Zealand.

Privacy Policy

Allflex New Zealand will collect, record and use your name and email address and other personal information (please note some of this information may be personal sensitive information) (“Personal Information”) for the purposes of conducting this Promotion and adding you to the Allflex New Zealand “First to Know” email list. We may conduct data analytics on the Personal Information you provide, including to help us improve our services and customise information for you. If you choose not to provide us with your Personal Information, we may not be able to fulfil these purposes. We will keep your Personal Information for only as long as is necessary to carry out the purposes described above (unless we are required or permitted by law to hold the information for a longer period). We may disclose your personal information to organisations who assist us and our affiliated companies (which may be located in other countries including the United States, United Kingdom, Singapore, South America, Poland, China or India).
